Very very very very convenient. Book now and use it right away. There aren't many people, so you can enter right away without having to wait in a long line. As for the guide, I didn't make it in time, so I don't know what happened. I was late, haha.
Klook really needs to update the meeting point information. The description shows to go to the Getty entrance (at the far right end of the gallery), but the actual meeting point was at the far left end!!! It takes more than 3 minutes to walk between the two, even at a fast pace. We arrived 10 minutes early, but the staff at the Getty entrance thought it was a third-party tour and couldn't help us. By the time I found that the email address is gallery itself and ask the staff then figured out where to go, we'd already missed the first 10 minutes of the tour. The gallery itself was great, and the tour was useful for getting our bearings. The audio equipment was good too. It's just a shame that such a simple mistake ruined part of the experience. Klook really should fix the instructions so others don't have the same problem.
