Our driver was superb! He was early and flexible to adjust on our needs. We had a last minute request to go back to our hotel after the forst destination and he agreed so we can freshen up and check out. He even helped us purchase our tickets for Volga Manor and Siberian Tiger Park. He also brought us to a good restaurant for lunch. Highly recommended service

I booked this tour two days in advance and was contacted by the agency one day before with the car details, which was reassuring. Master Sun picked us up on time and drove us around safely throughout the trip. He was very helpful—assisted us with taking photos, helped us buy tickets, and gave good suggestions on the best timing to visit each spot. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would book again.

We have a very pleasant experience the whole day!! our driver kindly and patiently attended us which made us feel welcomed and warmth of harbin! He even drove us to the atm station to take out some cash as we have difficulties with out online transactions.
