She kindly reminded everyone to use the restroom at every stop and always gave clear, accurate estimates of driving times so we could prepare mentally and physically. She truly took care of everyone’s needs – super attentive and proactive. One tough moment: another passenger was on speakerphone for over 45 minutes, then played loud Instagram videos, making it impossible to rest. I felt desperate and asked Valeska for help – she immediately stepped in politely to explain and ask for consideration. Even though the person didn’t listen, her quick, kind effort meant so much! Valeska is professional, caring, multilingual, and genuinely passionate about making the tour enjoyable for all.
guide , wine testing , transfer all great . but the plan was reversed , they took to to Pisa at day end when it was dark and have very little time . unnecessarily longer time was given on other places just to avoid other planned bus timings . they should have started with Pisa or given it more time .
great bus tour and a wonderful winery tour and lunch. Tuscany is a beautiful part of Italy and every city was amazing
