What to expect
The owner-chef previously served as the official residence chef at the Mission of Japan to the European Union in Belgium and was awarded the Foreign Minister’s Commendation. During his time in Europe, he experienced the tradition of "Gastronomic Tourism"—immersing in the local food culture—and now brings this culinary journey to Nose Town, Osaka Prefecture. With Kyoto cuisine as the foundation, he presents an original course menu that transcends the boundaries of Japanese cuisine, incorporating his overseas inspirations. Alongside seasonal local ingredients, sustainable produce is also used. Here, guests can savor the region’s terroir and food culture while enjoying Japanese dishes harmonized with the seasons, complemented by the serene satoyama landscape, leaving both body and mind deeply nourished.
