Admission Notice

  • Admission starts at 11:00 on the event day, and the last admission time is 16:30.
  • A single-day ticket is limited to single-person use on a single day. It can be redeemed with the KLOOK system voucher QR code at the on-site ticketing service counter. After the redemption is completed, the on-site staff will stamp the wrist for re-entry on the same day, and it is valid only on the day.
  • A two-day ticket is limited to single-person use for two days. It can also be redeemed with the KLOOK system voucher QR code at the on-site ticketing service counter. After the redemption is completed, the staff will assist in wearing it in the form of a wristband. You can re-enter for two days, and it cannot be transferred to others.
  • Tickets related to this event do not have priority admission rights. Admission wristbands are regarded as valuable securities. Please keep them properly. If they are lost, damaged, or overdue, they will not be reissued or exchanged.

Notice

  • Children under the age of 10 do not need to purchase tickets, but they should show relevant supporting documents, and each young child should be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a ticket.
  • The event area (including indoor and outdoor) does not provide consignment services. If you need consignment services, please go to the park or nearby MRT station to complete the consignment before entering the venue.
  • During the event, the organizer is not responsible for personal property losses. Please take good care of your personal and valuables.
  • In order to maintain the quality of the event, the event area (including indoor and outdoor) has personnel control. Please follow the instructions of the on-site staff. If there are a lot of people, please line up and wait in order.
  • Smoking, chewing gum and betel nuts are strictly prohibited in the event area, and please do not litter.
  • Pets are not allowed (except for qualified guide dogs and guide dog puppies).
  • If the ticket needs to be transferred to a friend, please send the voucher PDF file or QR CODE voucher to your friend. There is no need to contact customer service or the organizer to change the participant's information.
  • The organizer is not responsible for the authenticity of admission tickets purchased through non-official ticketing channels.
  • The organizer has the right to prohibit any holder of fake tickets from entering the venue.
  • Please do not buy tickets from unknown sources. If you find fake tickets being sold, you will be sent to the police for handling.
  • If anyone violates the on-site safety regulations of the organizer and the circumstances are serious and/or affect public safety, the organizer has the right to request the police to handle the matter, and no refund of the ticket price will be required.
  • If special circumstances other than the above-mentioned regulations occur, the organizer reserves the right to modify, change, interpret and cancel this event. For any matters not covered, please refer to the official website of the Forest City or the Facebook fan page for announcements without further notice.
  • Before purchasing tickets, please understand and agree to the above regulations. If you do not agree, please do not purchase tickets to avoid unnecessary disputes and damages; when you purchase and refund tickets, you will be deemed to have understood and agreed to abide by all of the above items.

Statement on the Use of Portrait Rights

The ticket purchaser agrees and authorizes the Forest City event to photograph, use, modify, revise, and publicly display my portrait (including photos and video images, hereinafter referred to as portrait), name, voice, etc., in the works taken during this event. I agree that the Forest City event shall have complete copyright on the above-mentioned works (including the above-mentioned authorized portrait, name, voice, etc.), and its related companies, assignees, licensees and successors may use my portrait, name, voice, etc. in all forms of works and media. The Forest City may present all or part of the authorized content through various media channels or printing methods, and may publish it publicly without further notice or consent from me, but must respect my personal image when publishing it publicly.

The organizer reserves the right to retain, interpret or modify the details of the event if there are any unfulfilled matters.
