  • If you wish to have the SIM card delivered to your mailing address in time, please allow ample time for delivery and book at least 3 working days before your expected date of collection
  • For example, if you wish to have your SIM card delivered by 24 May (Thursday) your booking should be no later than 21 May (Monday)
  • SIM card delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) is not available

Activation procedure

  • The SIM card will be activated automatically. No registration is required
  • Manual Setup is available if not functioning
  • All SIM cards must be activated before 31 December 2020

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded once operator has mailed out the sim card

  • This is a Data-only SIM card. Calls, texts, or topping up additional credits will not be possible
  • SIM card is valid for 8 days from activation until 23:59 on the 8th day (Malaysia Time +8GMT)
  • If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
  • If you face any issues with your SIM card, please call +6013 688 1010 (Monday-Friday, 9:30-18:00) or reach out to the operator's WhatsApp tech support line +6011 2021 8888 (daily from 9:00-23:00)
  • Insider Tips:
  • To check for data usage, dial * 118 * 50# for free
  • There is no daily cap. However once 5GB data is used, the speed will reduce to 128kbps and hotspot services will be deactivated (basic social media texting is still available at this point)
  • If you run out of data, simply top up your card online
