  • Calling and texting services are available with this SIM card, which will be deducted from your free credits (HKD40/MYR20.) Please check the following table for reference
  • This card is valid for 8 days from activation until 11:59pm on the 7th day (Malaysia Time +8GMT)
  • If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
  • If you face any issues with your SIM card, please call +6013 688 1010 (Mon-Fri 9:30-18:00) or reach out to the operator's WhatsApp tech support line +6011 2021 8888 (Mon-Sun 9:00-23:00)
  • Please note: This SIM card cannot support Huawei/Xiaomi/Vivo/Oppo, or any phone models made in China that were purchased before 2017
  • To check for data usage, dial * 118*35# for free
  • There is no daily cap. However, once 3GB data has been used, the speed will reduce to 128kbps and hotspot services will be deactivated (basic social media use is still available at this point)
  • Top up services are not allowed for this SIM card. You may instead purchase an extra SIM card if you are a heavy data user
