Baggage Delivery Service Airport to/from Hotel by Smarte Carte

We booked the Baggage Delivery Service from Singapore Changi Airport to our hotel, and it ended up being one of the most convenient services we used during our trip. We booked the 2 PM cutoff slot for delivery by 6 PM. Before our trip, they already sent confirmations and reminders, which helped us prepare. Communication was also very easy since they contacted us through WhatsApp, allowing real-time updates. Our flight arrived a little past 1 PM, and baggage retrieval took longer than expected. We arrived slightly past the cutoff, but after messaging them through WhatsApp, they kindly extended it by a few minutes and still accepted our luggage. Because of this, we were able to explore Changi Airport comfortably with just our backpacks. By the time we reached our hotel around 5 PM, our luggage was already there waiting for us. Overall, the service was fast, smooth, and extremely convenient.

I used this service to get from the airport to a hotel near the Singapore Zoo. I dropped off my luggage at the reception desk in Jewel at the airport, and when I arrived at the hotel, guest services delivered it to my room, which was very convenient. For the return trip, I couldn't use the service for a certain reason, but I asked the hotel concierge to arrange for my luggage to be picked up at the airport terminal, and a taxi transported it for me. What surprised me was the cost; it was more than three times the price of KLOOK. There seemed to have been traffic, but this service, with its fixed time and price, was extremely convenient.

The airport-to-hotel luggage transport counter was easy to find, and the staff spoke English well, so there were no issues with communication. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Our luggage arrived at the hotel on time and in perfect condition. Overall, the service was smooth, convenient, and reliable.

I apologize for my mistake; I missed my 10:00 AM luggage drop-off time. I understand it was confusing that my reservation number didn't immediately appear, but I appreciate you looking into it and allowing me to drop off my bags. This allowed me to sightsee until the evening without having to go to the hotel first, which was a great convenience. I checked into the hotel around 8:45 PM, and my luggage had arrived safely. I was satisfied that my luggage was delivered as promised to the hotel I stayed. I highly recommend the service if you have large luggage to lug around on the public transportation.

This deal between the merchant and Klook is quite misleading. Please be aware that there is no luggage transfer option from the hotel to the airport under this particular booking. I mistakenly assumed that the service worked the same way as the airport-to-hotel luggage transfer. Unfortunately, once you book the wrong option, there is very little that can be done. I reached out for assistance, but sadly, neither the merchant nor Klook was able to help resolve the issue. The booking is non-refundable and non-amendable, so changing the service or requesting a refund was not an option. I understand that I made an assumption when booking, but I hope the service description and booking options can be made clearer to prevent other customers from making the same mistake. Please double-check the transfer direction and all booking details before paying, as changes or refunds may not be possible afterward.
