• If the minimum number of participants is not met, a cancellation or rescheduling suggestion email will be sent 1-2 days before departure. The minimum group size is 4 people.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions such as wind or blizzards, a decision will be made by 18:00 on the day before departure as to whether the tour will be cancelled, and notification will be sent by email thereafter.
• This program is not recommended for tourists with the following conditions or other conditions that are not suitable for excessive stimulation: asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women.
• Skiing is a dangerous sport and is not suitable for infants, pregnant women, or the elderly.
• Skiing is a vigorous and dangerous sport. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accidental injury insurance before departure.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent itineraries, latecomers will not be accommodated.
• In the event of a collision with other tourists during skiing, we will only assist with on-site translation and communication. Medical or compensation costs must be borne by the individual.
• For safety reasons, it is forbidden to walk up the slopes with equipment in hand. Those without ski equipment are prohibited from entering the ski area and are limited to resting in the dining area.
• Changes to reservation details/departure date/number of people, etc. within 72 hours of departure will incur a handling fee of JYP5000 per person. Please ensure the correct number of people and departure date are noted before booking.
• Ski equipment must be reserved in advance. Changes to the package and refund requests cannot be accommodated on-site.
• Please be sure to provide a real-time communication method for confirmation and notification before departure.
• No cancellations or refunds will be accepted within 48 hours of departure. Tickets are not included for travelers under the age of 3 and must be purchased on-site.
• According to ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to ride the lift or use the ski slopes if you are not wearing skiwear. Please be aware of this.
• Lunch is not included in the tour. It is recommended to bring your own lunch or arrange it yourself at the ski resort.

⚠️All of our company’s travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities involve specific risks and dangers. Guests must assess their own health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors.

* If the itinerary is forced to be中止 due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and travelers will have to bear the return or additional accommodation costs themselves.

* During peak travel periods on Japanese red holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for that evening, and to bring your own snacks and power banks.
