- In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made regarding the cancellation of the tour by 18:00 (local time) one day prior to departure, and you will be notified via email.
- Please arrive at the meeting location early to wait, as the bus will depart on time.
- Vehicle type: Assigned based on the number of participants. For tours with a small number of participants, a driver will also serve as an attendant to provide tour services throughout the trip, without an additional tour leader. Your understanding is appreciated.
- No refunds will be issued for participants who voluntarily leave the tour midway due to personal reasons. Please be aware of this.
- The itinerary for the day may be adjusted for the duration and order of attractions depending on weather and traffic conditions. Your understanding is appreciated.

- Please wear light clothing and shoes. We recommend bringing gloves when feeding eagles and seagulls.
- When feeding seagulls on the sightseeing boat, if eagles are present, please stop feeding and put away the feed in your hand. When feeding, please keep your face as far away as possible to avoid being pecked by eagles.
- [Meal Not Included] There are limited restaurants and shops around Amanohashidate. It is recommended to prepare light snacks before departure to avoid spending too much time looking for restaurants on-site.
- [Meal Included] Children aged 3-5 will be provided with a children's meal, while children aged 6 and above will receive the same meal as adults.
- If attractions on the itinerary are temporarily closed, the tour guide on-site will adjust the itinerary accordingly.
- After the tour begins on the day, in the event that facilities are suspended due to force majeure, a partial refund will be issued. - Although the bus used for this tour can accommodate wheelchairs, the sightseeing cruise ship is not equipped with barrier-free facilities. - If children or elderly individuals are unable to ride the chairlift, the tour guide can assist with arranging a ride on the monorail on-site (at no additional cost). However, the monorail runs every 20 minutes, which may slightly affect the overall experience time. Thank you for your understanding.
