[Winter Only] Kobe Rokkosan Snow Park Skiing/Snow Playing Day Tour (Departing from Osaka)

• This tour is a winter exclusive, running only from December 10, 2025, to February 28, 2026.
• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, a cancellation or rescheduling email will be sent 1-2 days prior to departure. The minimum group size is 6 people.
• In the event of inclement weather conditions such as wind or blizzards, a decision will be made by 18:00 the day before departure as to whether the tour will be cancelled, and you will be notified by email.
• This activity is not recommended for guests with the following conditions or others who should not be overstimulated: asthma, epilepsy, pregnant women.
• Skiing is a dangerous sport and is not suitable for infants, pregnant women, or the elderly.
• Skiing is a strenuous and potentially dangerous sport. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance before departure.
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. To avoid delays to the rest of the itinerary, latecomers will not be accommodated.
• In the event of a collision with other skiers, we will only assist with on-site translation and communication. Medical or compensation costs are the sole responsibility of the individual.
• For safety reasons, walking on the ski slopes with handheld equipment is prohibited. Entry to the ski area is prohibited without ski equipment and is limited to rest in the dining area.
• Any changes to reservation details/departure date/number of people within 72 hours of departure will incur a handling fee of JYP5000 per person. Please ensure the correct number of people and departure date are specified before booking.
• Ski equipment must be booked in advance. Changes to the plan and refund requests cannot be accommodated on-site.
• Please be sure to provide instant messaging contact information for confirmation notifications prior to departure.
• According to ski resort regulations, for safety reasons, you may not be allowed to ride the ski lift or use the ski slopes if you are not wearing ski clothing. Please be aware of this.
• Lunch is not included in the tour price. It is recommended to bring your own lunch or purchase it at the ski resort.
