Pick-up information
- Maximum number of rentable devices per 1 credit card : WiFi Router(5 units)
- Please present your Klook voucher, your passport, and the credit card under your name (with more than 3 months validity) to the staff
- The staff at the counter will initially charge KRW1,004 on your credit card (debit cards won't be accepted) to check its availability, then cancel the transaction immediately. The registered credit card will be used for all charges incurred, including overdue dates, loss, or any damages
- Activate the pocket WiFi under the instructions of the counter staff
- Please present the same credit card used for booking in order to verify your name when picking up the WiFi device at the counter
- A debit card or dual-type card (Credit + Debit) won't be accepted at the counter. If you only have a debit card, you won't be able to rent the device

- Loss, damage, or breakage of carrying pouch: KRW10,000
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: KRW150,000-200,000
- Loss, damage, or breakage of battery: KRW30,000
- Loss or breakage of charger and cable: KRW10,000
- Prices may vary depending on the device model. Please contact Klook or the local operator to claim on time
- You cannot return WiFi devices and batteries outside of Korea. If you do not return the device or lose it, you will be charged for damage and loss to your registered credit card. You can request a proxy return after sending the battery to someone else.
