1. We arrived at the restaurant at the reservation time, but the staff searched for a long time and couldn't find our reservation. We're not sure why. 2. The restaurant's set menu is the same as the one we booked, but the restaurant charges only ¥7300 or ¥7800 per person, while it costs over ¥600 RMB per person on Klook, which is like paying an extra platform fee of about ¥300. It's a rip-off! 3. The service was terrible. Since they saw that we didn't speak Japanese, almost no one attended to us. We even had to ask for the sauce dishes ourselves. Of course, the ingredients were good, but I advise everyone to avoid this platform.
