- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period

- Exterior or scratches or damage: Up to IDR350,000 or USD30
- Damaged/Lost pouch: IDR50,000 or USD5
- Damaged/Lost charger: IDR50,000 or USD5
- Damaged/Lost USB data cable: IDR50,000 or USD5
- Damaged/Lost adaptor: IDR50,000 or USD5
- Damaged/Lost guidebook: IDR10,000

Pick-up information

- For pick up in Terminal 2 Jakarta, you will be asked to leave a IDR500,000 deposit per device, to be paid in cash to the staff. Deposit will be refunded in cash upon return of the device.
- For pick up in other area, you are required to pay USD50 deposit online by credit card (VISA/Master Card) or Paypal. Operator will send you an email with deposit payment link prior to pick up, please follow the instructions and keep the payment copy for your reference
- Deposit will be returned to your credit card or Paypal account up to 3 working days after device has been successfully returned
- Please note that deposit amount will be deducted if there is any additional charges or late return

Wifi is very strong and really useful. They said they will email the downpayment instructions but didnt receive one. When I checked whatsapp when we landed, I saw the information on how to complete the downpayment. Like the option of dropping off the wifi at the hotel so bo hassle. They were also waiting at the arrival when we got there.
The wifi is reliable. Some areas have poor connection but all in all, it is a good deal since we’re roaming around bali by a private car charter. We love the easy navigation. Superb and smooth transaction as well for wifi pick up in the airport. The guy waited us in the exit area of the airport and explain the usage of the device.
Highly recommended! My phone is locked to a philippine number so I cannot use any international sim card with me. So this pocket wifi is the best option if you have the same problem with me! Our contact Elfrido reached out early to inform us he would send the unit to our hotel instead of meeting us at the airport since we had a late arrival (past 23:00). I immediately received the unit from my hotel reception. My only minus point about this is that i had to pay use for that full day of the unit even though i arrived Bali 30 mins before midnight. Unit is somewhat bulky but was a reliable companion throughout my stay in Ubud. Connection was good to very good 95% of the time. Make sure you let the unit ‘breathe’ as it tends to heat up inside a bag and affects connectivity. So i kept it inside a net pocket instead. Elfrido collected the unit at the airport before my flight out and was easy to reach and find.

There's data literally anywhere in Indonesia. We went up Puncak and the Safari but still the signal is as strong as in the city. i highly recommend this device. Make sure you choose the pickup and drop off point correctly.
