We were picked up at GEM at 5pm. Our driver was awsome and the place couldn't be more beautiful. The light show is nothing special, but just for the views and the great dinner is 100% worth it. There was not a lot of people so we could enjoy the restaurant almost for ourselves.
Food is below average. View is good. Night show is boring.
The views are very beautiful, the food is decent, but the light show was quite boring. However, it's worth it for the atmosphere, the music, and the views.
The food quality was very poor, and we were not allowed to choose our own meals. The service was terrible; we had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities like cutlery (forks), napkins, and so on. For instance, fruit was served without any plates or forks."
We bought dinner and were told that there was no light show, so I canceled the reservation, and I still haven't received a reply to cancel the reservation and refund the money.
I received a refund because the product was canceled. I was annoyed because they informed me of the product cancellation on the day of arrival, leaving my schedule empty for a day.
