  • Please present your ticket for entry. You can enter only after the on-site staff has verified it.
  • Please keep your ticket properly. If you lose it, you will not be reissued. The validity status is subject to the system verification results of the organizer, and the organizer has the final right of interpretation.
  • This ticket is limited to one person per time according to the ticket purchase session. Once you enter, you will not be able to return or transfer it for any reason.
  • Purchasing and using the ticket means that you agree to authorize "Phantom Light" to use the player's portrait as a community material.
  • In order to maintain the quality of the game and the rights of players, please be sure to report to the venue 15 minutes in advance when purchasing [Join the Camp] to make a simple change of clothes. Being late for more than 5 minutes will be deemed as automatically giving up the right to participate, and no refund or exchange service will be provided.
  • Participants in this event must be 13 years old (inclusive) or above.
  • Some scenes of this activity are dim, and with theatrical effects, there are lighting and sound effects. You need to walk and move at irregular intervals during the tour. To avoid unexpected and uncontrollable situations during the visit, if you suffer from epilepsy, asthma, heart disease, cardiovascular-related diseases, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, claustrophobia, drunkenness, pregnant women, physical discomfort, and poor mental state, please participate at your own discretion. If you leave the venue for personal reasons, you must wait for the staff to arrange an appropriate time to enter again.
  • The venue does not provide storage services. Please keep your valuables by yourself. Please store your bags, handbags, and large luggage in the lockers in Songyan Park in advance before reporting for entry. If the player carries personal belongings, bags, etc. with a volume exceeding 30 x 30 x 30 (cm), the staff may refuse to bring them into the venue.
  • Eating, drinking, bringing food, drinks, long-handled umbrellas, tripods, selfie sticks, pets, strollers, and dangerous items into the entire area is prohibited.
  • Please follow the instructions of the staff and actors throughout the process. It is strictly forbidden to use mobile phones, take photos, record videos, record audio or use any lighting equipment during the process. Please do not collide or run in the activity area. It is strictly forbidden to touch or attack the staff and destroy the scene and on-site equipment. If the above situation occurs, you must leave immediately and no refund request will be accepted. If the on-site mechanism, layout and props are damaged by human beings, compensation must be paid at the price and no objection can be made.
  • It is recommended to wear clothes and shoes that are convenient for activities. [Join the camp] provides a simple camp change.
  • Purchasing a multi-person package is to enjoy a preferential price, which does not guarantee the full group action after admission. If you need to group, please send a private message to the fan page more than 24 hours in advance, but the organizer still reserves the right to make the final grouping.
  • The relevant regulations of this event are based on the on-site announcement. If there are any unfinished matters, the organizer may amend and supplement at any time, and reserves the right to modify and terminate this event.
  • If you want to refund the ticket, you must go to the original sales channel when all tickets are unused. No refund will be accepted after the deadline.
