• Lineup & Schedule Changes: The performance schedule and artist lineup are subject to change without prior notice due to organizer or artist circumstances. Cancellations or refunds due to changes in the lineup are strictly not permitted.
• Non-Refundable Policy: A 100% cancellation fee applies once the booking is confirmed. No refunds or changes will be issued under any circumstances.
• Foreigners Only: This ticket is exclusively for non-Korean passport holders. (Korean citizens cannot purchase or use this ticket).
• Random Seating: Seats and zones will be randomly assigned on the day of the event. Advance requests for specific zones or seat numbers are not available.
• Prohibited Items: Outside food and drinks are strictly banned inside the venue (only bottled water is allowed). Telephoto cameras, professional filming equipment, and video recording are strictly prohibited. Baggage inspection may be conducted prior to entry.
• Ticket Care: Neither the agency nor the organizer will be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets after collection. Tickets cannot be reissued.
• ID Requirement: The lead traveler must present a valid physical passport on the day of the event.
• Strict Departure: If you fail to arrive at the designated meeting point on time for any reason (including personal delays), it will be treated as a no-show. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be given.
• Shuttle Bus Service: The shuttle bus operates as a round-trip service between Seoul (Anguk Station & Myeongdong/Hongdae Station) and the venue. Drop-off directly at personal hotels is not provided.
• Luggage & Personal Items: The return shuttle bus may be a different vehicle from the one taken from Seoul. Please ensure you take all personal belongings when disembarking. Guests must keep valuable items with them; luggage cannot be stored inside the bus. Neither the agency nor the tour staff will be held responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• When collecting your ticket, you must bring your product purchase receipt (print or mobile page) and your valid forms of ID for Identity Verification with you. Failure to do so will result in the inability to collect your ticket, and there will be no ticket cancellation or refund for tickets not collected ・ Entry numbers will be assigned randomly and can be confirmed on the day of the performance. Cancellations or refunds based on dissatisfaction with the assigned entry number are not possible. ・ For the 2-person package, both the purchaser and their companion must come together to collect the tickets. Ticket collection by proxy is not allowed. Failure to collect tickets because the two parties are not together will result in the inability to receive the tickets, and cancellation/refund on the day of the event due to non-collection is also not possible.

• Re-entry is not permitted after exiting the venue.
• Entry may be restricted after the performance starts, and you must follow the guidance of the staff for smooth entry.
• Large bags and carriers are prohibited inside the concert venue; only small bags for simple personal belongings are allowed.
• Beverages and food are prohibited inside the venue. Hazardous materials such as bottles, fireworks, lasers, as well as pets, bouquets, and balloons, are also restricted.
• All acts that infringe on copyright are prohibited during the concert, including taking photos, videos, recording, and broadcasting voice or video (live streaming).
• Bringing any photography or recording devices (except mobile phones), chairs (including portable ones), and step stools/ladders into the venue is strictly prohibited. If caught, all recorded materials will be immediately deleted, and you will be forced to leave the venue.
(Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded in the event of forced eviction.)
• Please be aware that this performance is being broadcast, and your likeness may be captured and appear in the broadcast footage. The organizer reserves the right to use the intellectual property filmed at the venue, and purchasers of this product are deemed to have consented to the above content. Please also note that your captured image may be used for promotional and publicity materials beyond the broadcast, including video, print, outdoor digital advertising, and various web/mobile channels.
• Visibility may be obstructed in certain sections due to venue facilities (railings/pillars,etc), stage facilities, or camera installations. Cancellation, exchange, or refund of the product due to sight obstruction is not possible.
• The performance time, lineup of performers, and stage design are subject to change without prior notice due to circumstances of the organizer or the performers, and refunds will not be issued due to such changes.
• For a safe and pleasant viewing environment, bag checks may be conducted prior to entry. Please note that if hazardous materials or prohibited items are found, they may be confiscated, or your entry may be restricted
