About 24-hour free airport/train station pick-up service:

  1. No matter which Shanghai airport you arrive at (Pudong Airport or Hongqiao Airport) or city railway station (Hongqiao Railway Station/Shanghai Railway Station/Shanghai South Railway Station), we will arrange airport/train station pick-up service for you! For guests arriving on the same flight/train or adjacent flights/trains, we will arrange the same car. There may be waiting times for airport/train station pick-up, but it will not exceed 2 hours!
  2. After arrival, the driver or tour guide will pick you up from the airport/train station and transfer you to your hotel. (The tour guide will notify you of the driver information for airport/train station pick-up one day in advance via SMS!)
  3. If you arrive at the hotel before 14:00 and there are no clean rooms available, we recommend that you first store your luggage at the hotel and then arrange your own free activities.
  4. For travelers on the same order arriving at different stations, we will only pick up from one station. The other traveler will need to make their own way to the hotel or attraction to meet up. Please be aware of this.
