Pre-Departure Notice

Between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure, we will contact you using the contact information you provided. If you do not receive the information, please check your email, including your spam folder. During peak tourist season, there may be a slight delay in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive your travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time and look for the JRT tour guide flag to inquire. • If you have a history of motion sickness, we recommend that you take precautions against motion sickness to avoid affecting your trip.
• Please take care of your personal belongings and avoid bringing valuables. You will be responsible for any loss or damage during the trip.
• Please understand that traffic jams may occur due to the long journey. We cannot be responsible for any subsequent costs incurred due to delays caused by traffic jams.
• Note: During the Fireworks Festival, traffic jams may occur. If the traffic is severe, some attractions may be canceled to ensure you don't miss the Fireworks Festival! The specific arrangements will be subject to the arrangements of the day, thank you for your understanding!
• If attractions are closed on certain dates, we will arrange alternative attractions. We may not be able to notify each customer individually, thank you for your understanding.

* Day trip itineraries do not include personal travel or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health or ability. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

* If the trip is forced to be canceled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel times such as Japanese national holidays and weekends, heavy traffic jams or early closure of attractions are common. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinner for the same evening, and to bring your own snacks and power bank.
