Important Information: During the Japanese Obon Festival (around August 13th - August 16th), traffic will be very heavy. Please do not book restaurants/flights/Shinkansen, etc. It is recommended to bring snacks, portable chargers, and other essentials.

Please be on time for the meeting: No refunds will be provided for failure to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as lateness, getting lost, or feeling unwell). Please note that no refunds will be given. This tour is a fixed route carpool, and you will be sharing the ride with other passengers throughout the entire journey. Parking is not allowed outside of attractions. Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle with a driver who also acts as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff’s arrangements throughout the trip. (With a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary. The driver will primarily focus on driving, and the explanation content will be relatively brief.) [Important Information During the Trip] The duration of stay at each attraction has been optimized, so please strictly adhere to the time to avoid affecting the overall itinerary. The itinerary may be adjusted due to uncontrollable factors such as traffic, weather, and crowds. We regret that refunds or compensation cannot be claimed due to delays or partial itinerary changes. Thank you for your understanding of the uncertainties of travel. Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak seasons. The driver-guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary depending on the situation. Please be prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation. To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside. If any soiling occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please work together to create a comfortable riding environment. If you leave the group on your own/leave the team midway after the trip starts, it will be regarded as an automatic abandonment of service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of separation from the group).
