- Inspired by Singapore’s diverse culinary past, this make-and-play experience invites families to craft with cardboard tiffin carriers, Ang Ku Kueh moulds, banana leaf, and clay versions of iconic local dishes
What to expect
Guided by our team of museum educators and cultural artists, each family receives a specially curated DIY heritage kitchen kit (with recyclable and sensory materials). The session includes stories from kampong kitchens, a “tiny tools” interactive station, and a take-home kit to continue heritage conversations at home,
Designed for children aged 4–10 and their caregivers, this is a multisensory, imaginative entry point into Singapore’s rich food heritage.
