Additional Information:
- Children aged 0-5 may travel for free provided that they will sit on their parent’s lap

- If you miss your departure time, you will be able to go on a later sailing if there are seats available (subject to availability)
- Weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances can alter or cancel sailing times
- In the event of extreme weather conditions and sailing is canceled, guests are entitled to a full refund
- Important Information: Return tickets must be collected physically on the pier. You may speak directly with the Speed Ferry Cambodia staff to assist you in arranging your return ticket
Ticket Redemption Information:
- Please check in 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time at the check in counter or boarding gate may result to seat cancelation
- To collect your physical tickets and check in: Please bring a copy of your email receipt to the Yasmine Restaurant (please refer to the map) near the Ferry Terminal in Serendipity Beach at least 30 minutes before your departure time
- Return trip: Please reconfirm and claim the return ticket from the boat company. In order to claim your return ticket, please inform them of the specific pier that you will be picked up from on the island
