[Kyoto Day Trip] Kifune Shrine Visit + Kawadoko Dining Experience + Exploring Nanzen-ji and Sanzen-in Ancient Temples (Osaka/Kyoto Departure)

• As this is a shared tour, other guests from different countries and speaking different languages may be joining you.
• Regarding seating arrangements, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests prone to motion sickness are advised to arrive at the meeting point early.

During weekends and holidays, traffic congestion or early closure of attractions may occur during the trip. The supplier may reduce or shorten the itinerary based on the actual situation. We appreciate your understanding. The tour guide or driver will do their best to provide the best service. Please do not book dinner, same-day flights or Shinkansen, and bring your own snacks and portable charger.

When visiting Kifune Shrine, you can choose to walk or take a shuttle bus (440 yen one way, at your own expense). The round trip on foot takes about 1 hour. We recommend choosing based on your physical condition.

• If facilities such as sightseeing boats and cable cars are suspended due to weather or other factors, the time will be added to other attractions. The tour guide will decide based on the situation on the day.
• Please do not eat or drink in the vehicle. If you cause stains in the vehicle, you will need to compensate according to local cleaning standards. Thank you for your understanding.
• Please ensure that the communication app you reserved can contact you during your trip to Japan. The supplier will contact you one day in advance.
• The supplier will send the vehicle information and tour guide information for the next day's departure to your email before 20:00 the day before departure. Please check it carefully (may be in the spam folder). To ensure a smooth trip, please be sure to contact the tour guide or driver in a timely manner. Thank you.
• When the number of participants does not reach the specified minimum number for the group, the tour will be cancelled and a cancellation email notification will be sent 1 day before departure.
• In the event of bad weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) whether to cancel the tour. You will then be notified by email at any time.
• Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring warm clothes (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging or booking activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• We are not responsible for and cannot provide refunds or reschedule due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather that prevent participation in the tour or poor quality of photos, please understand.
• If affected by traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc., the itinerary or duration of each attraction may be adjusted. Please inform those who know.
• The company will not provide refunds for passengers who abandon the tour midway due to personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time and do not be late. As this itinerary cannot be changed to other flights or joined midway, if you fail to participate in the day trip due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • Children under 2 years old who need to occupy a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult and needs to be noted.
• Type of vehicle used: Vehicles will be dispatched according to the number of people. When a small number of people participate in the tour, the driver will also serve as an attendant to provide full tour service, and no additional tour leader will be dispatched, please be aware.
• Weather conditions will affect the best viewing period for flowers or autumn leaves. The itinerary will not be cancelled or refunded for this reason, please be aware.
• Japan's Obon Festival (around August 13th to August 16th) will be very congested. Please do not book restaurants/flights/Shinkansen, etc. It is recommended to bring snacks, portable chargers and other essentials.

* Day trips do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports have specific risks and dangers.
