- [Important Notice for Elderly and Pregnant Travelers] If the registrant is a senior citizen aged 70 or above or a pregnant woman, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure your safety and rights. Please sign and return the photo in advance to complete the registration process.
- [Luggage Allowance] Each traveler is allowed one free piece of luggage (suggested size: carry-on). Please indicate this in the “Special Requests” section when booking. If you bring luggage on the day without notifying us one day in advance, it may cause congestion in the vehicle and affect safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the fee will not be refunded.
- [Important Notice for Infants] If there are infants under 3 years old who do not require a seat, please be sure to indicate this when booking. Even if the infant does not occupy a seat, they must be included in the vehicle’s capacity. If you do not inform us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding.
- [Notification Time and Method] We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 the day before departure to inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information. If you have booked a hotel pick-up and drop-off package, please follow the instructions in the email and wait outside the hotel lobby at the specified time. The email may be misidentified as spam, so please check your spam folder. In peak season or under special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed; the final email shall prevail.
- [Meeting and Late Arrival Instructions] This activity is a shared transfer, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for late arrivals or provide refunds. You will be responsible for any resulting liabilities and expenses. Thank you for your understanding.
- [Vehicle Type and Language Information] We will arrange the vehicle type according to the number of people on the day. We cannot specify the type of vehicle. You may be traveling in the same vehicle with guests who speak other languages during the trip. Please be aware of this.
- [Seasonal Activity Notice] Seasonal limited activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, snow scenes, light festivals, and festive events are easily affected by weather or other force majeure factors. If we do not receive an official cancellation notice, the trip will depart as scheduled. We cannot provide refunds if the flowering period or scenery is not as expected. We will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide’s on-site dispatch.
- [Itinerary Order Adjustment Instructions] Due to Japan’s strict control of operating vehicle usage time, the attractions, transportation, and stopover times included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged according to the situation on the day. In the event of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will consult the majority of opinions and reasonably adjust the order or reduce some attractions. - [No Mid-Trip Departure] The itinerary is a group tour activity, and you may not leave the group or leave the tour without authorization. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and the fee will not be refunded.
