Chef Shinji Ogawa, who once worked as sous chef at a two-Michelin-star restaurant in Italy, personally visited various parts of Japan, carefully selected high-quality Japanese ingredients, and used Italian cooking techniques to present you with exquisite set meals. In a restaurant with only 8 seats, you will be able to immerse yourself in the preparation process of each dish.
