• Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure. The bus will depart on time, so please be sure to adhere to the boarding time. We are not responsible for customers who arrive after the bus has departed. Thank you for your understanding.
• Customers participating in day tours should avoid making advance reservations for dinner or other activities, especially those with flights scheduled for the same day. We will not be liable for any compensation if traffic congestion prevents you from attending your pre-booked dinner or other activities on time, or if you miss your flight as a result. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
• When a Jumbo Taxi or Mini Bus is operating, the sightseeing driver will provide an introduction instead of a tour guide. The corresponding languages are Chinese and Japanese.
• Guests who choose to alight at the Mt. Moiwa Ropeway for sightseeing must purchase their own tickets. If transportation is needed after the visit, please arrange it yourself. The Mt. Moiwa Ropeway may be suspended due to various circumstances; please check the official website for the latest information.
• Due to road conditions, the itinerary may be subject to adjustments, and sightseeing time may be shortened or extended.
• This tour group will be hosting guests from Japan and overseas. As such, the tour guide will be providing commentary in Japanese, English, and Chinese. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• Due to holiday or visit time restrictions at various facilities, we may arrive at the next attraction early or shorten the tour duration.
• This itinerary does not include admission tickets for the Daibutsu (Great Buddha). Please arrange for your own tickets.
• ※On June 4, 2026, Shiroi Koibito Park will be closed, and the itinerary for that day will be adjusted accordingly, with the time spent at other attractions being appropriately extended.
• The towel rental service at Jozankei Onsen is a paid item. It is recommended that you bring your own towel in advance for more convenient use.
• Hot spring fees need to be paid by the guests themselves, please prepare enough cash in advance.

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Some of the activities are cancelled
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
