- Screening will take place before any guest may enter the castle, including their belongings
- Entry into the castle is only possible with a valid ticket. Guests must be able to present their tickets upon request.
- The operator shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the park as a result of the act or omission of a third party. Neither shall J Castles be held responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the park as a result of his or her own fault, negligence, or failure to comply with the Park’s rules and regulations.
- The operator reserves the right, without refund, liability, or compensation, to deny admission or remove any person from the park for any reason, including non-compliance with the park terms and conditions.
- The operator reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice, and without refund, liability or compensation, to change the operating hours of any attraction or show, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a facility and/or suspend operations as necessary.
- The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any personal injury/ loss/ damage to guest’s property occurring within the park premises.
- The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any injury or feeling ill guest due to non-compliance with the safety guidelines of the attraction/ ride
- The operator put in place measures to ensure safety and security of the park and its guests. Guests are also expected to do their share in ensuring their personal safety and security including their belongings
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
- Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
- Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

We had an incredibly fun time at Castle Inflatable inside J Castles Theme Park in Tanauan, Batangas! It is an absolutely amazing destination for a group outing or a team - building trip, packed with exciting giant obstacles and great areas to bond. However, we did encounter a major issue with our scheduling. The management changed their operating days without coordinating it or informing us. We originally booked our slot for July 9, only to find out that the site was actually closed and only operating from July 10 to 12. The saving grace was their customer service. When we rescheduled on July 10, the management acknowledged the oversight and proactively offered to upgrade our tickets to full access. This excellent service recovery completely turned our experience around and made up for the initial hassle. It is a fantastic venue for group fun, though they definitely need to improve their schedule communication with booked guests!

It was a great experience. My family enjoyed all the activities especially the obstacles course. I would just like to have more choices on the menu for the Boat House. I think healthier foods like a vegetable salad or more food choices would have given them a 5.

Klook and direct online booking in j Castle have the same rate. But since there's promo code with klook, we grab this discount. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with the activity since our grandfather died before our booking date. We have to cancel but this is non refundable. We are so grateful with klook. They understand our situation. They did not refund but give back as klook cash. We can still book the activity to other date. Thank you so much Klook!

This pool with a view is very child friendly. Napakainit lang ng weather kaya hindi na kami nakapaginflatables, nagbabad na lang sa pool ang kids. Food in the boat house (not sure kung tama name restau) mejo, konte for its price, limited din ang choices so this is something to be improved. Much better kung whole day dito sa pool then J Castles on the next day para sulit. We compressed both on the same day kasi. Sana magkaroin na ng hotel inside it.

We love the warm and hospitality of all the staff in Castle Inflatable. They are very accommodating. However, we are quite disappointed because only few inflatable were operating. We are looking forward to the big slide, but it is one of the few that is not operating. Food prices are quite expensive.
