- As the scenic area now requires real-name ticket purchases, please bring valid identification documents such as your ID card or household registration book.
- In the event of no rooms available in Xijiang due to events, accommodation will be arranged at a Kaili business hotel. We do not provide natural single rooms. Single male or female guests will need to pay the room difference for single occupancy. The hotels do not have triple rooms, so single male or female guests will need to pay the room difference. If you give up accommodation for personal reasons, the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
- Guizhou hotel standards are relatively low, so tourists should be mentally prepared. In case of peak season with tight hotel resources or temporary requisition by the government, our company reserves the right to adjust to other hotels of the same standard.
- During free activities, it is advisable to travel with companions and inform the tour guide. Remember the tour guide's mobile phone number for backup and pay attention to personal and property safety.
- For other local characteristic tourism projects and notifications not included in the itinerary, you can contact the tour guide of your group to arrange time reasonably and avoid leaving regrets during your trip.
- On the principle of not reducing attractions and regular meals, the tour guide can adjust the tour and dining order according to the specific reception situation of the scenic spot. In case of force majeure or policy adjustments that cause attractions to be unavailable (traffic jams, road closures, landslides, etc.), our company has the right to cancel or replace them with other attractions of equivalent value. The fees for complimentary attractions will not be refunded, and we have the right to make corresponding adjustments to the order of attractions and accommodation. Some scenic spots and hotels have their own shopping malls and shopping places for the convenience of tourists, which are not tourist shopping shops arranged by our company. We cannot accept such complaints. Please understand.
- Please cooperate with the tour guide to fill in the local "Tourist Opinion Form" truthfully. Tourists' complaints are mainly based on the opinion form filled in by the tourists themselves in Guizhou. Complaints after returning without filling in or falsely filling in will not be accepted. If you have any objections to the service standards of the travel agency during the itinerary, please try to resolve them locally. If it cannot be resolved during the tour, you can file it locally. The validity period for travel complaints is 30 days from the date of return to the place of departure.
- Guizhou is located in the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau area with many mountain roads. Please wear light and soft casual shoes. Guizhou is known for its rainy weather, so please bring your own umbrella. It is a settlement for ethnic minorities, so please follow local customs.
- Because the inns in Xijiang Miao Village are in short supply during the peak season, and the number of rooms in one inn is relatively small, a group of guests may be arranged in several different inns. Please be aware.
