The food and cruise I received were different from what I saw in the initial photos. I asked to change the boat initially, but they said the boat was full and wouldn't change it. I was very taken aback, and staying on a boat with such bad food and poor conditions for 2 nights and 3 days was very unpleasant. I demand compensation. How can you put me on a boat that is different from the photos? Klook should thoroughly investigate and take measures to ensure this never happens again. How will Klook, as an intermediary, compensate me? And another shocking thing is that no one accompanied us to the cruise. We had to find the boat ourselves. After seeing the cabin, I asked for a different boat via chat, but they didn't listen at all. I hope this never happens again. My wife is so disappointed because of this cruise that her perception of Egyptians is negative. Please take measures to ensure this never happens again. As you can see in the photos, there are many slightly better cruises where many people are really happy during their trip. This is almost garbage. There's hardly anything to eat. Never choose this product.
