- Seat arrangement: The travel agency does not specify seats, and the tourists who travel with you will discuss and take turns to sit (except for the driver's seat, the driver can only urge but cannot force the arrangement);
- Return trip reminder: It is not recommended to book a return air ticket/train ticket on the day of the group's disbanding (unpredictable traffic conditions may cause the journey time to be extended);
- Departure instructions: During the trip, if you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished part will be deemed to be waived by yourself and no refund will be made;
- Preferential policy: For off-season preferential packages, if you have special certificates, it is recommended to choose a package without tickets. If you choose to include tickets, you will not be able to get a refund for the ticket fee;
- Other instructions: During the trip, if the scenic spot is closed due to force majeure and cannot be played normally, the two parties will negotiate and cancel or replace the scenic spot according to the actual situation, and the difference in fees will be refunded on the spot;
- Pre-trip reminder: You will receive a group notification call or text message from the travel agency before 22:00 in the evening of the day before the group departure. Please pay attention and keep the phone open. If you do not receive any notification after 22:00, please contact the registration sales in time.
- Tips: Special weather conditions may affect the order or attractions of this itinerary. If the itinerary cannot be adjusted due to special reasons such as weather, alternative attractions will be arranged on site or abandoned, and the difference in price will be borne by the travel agency. If the registration fee is greater than the alternative itinerary negotiated on site, the travel agency will refund the difference. The travel agency will not bear any additional costs (including flight delay/rescheduling, hotel delay/rescheduling, etc.) for itineraries adjusted or unable to visit due to weather reasons.
