This team is run by Marcel, and Marcel is truly the best. He's so kind, and unlike other places I've tried, he's incredibly skilled—it felt like he was playing with the wind, which was amazing. If you pay extra, they'll take photos and videos with a GoPro. The quality varied among instructors, but Marcel took great shots, so I'm very satisfied. It's not right next to Lucerne, but rather in the Kantonsstrasse area, and you can even see Mount Titlis in the distance, so I highly recommend it. Definitely go with Marcel!
Communication was smooth. Marcel is very kind and will give you lots of pointers on what you shoud do. I have nice photos from our flight but I cant upload them cause the files are too big.
It was an unforgettable experience, absolutely worth the cost, and Machal was a top-notch pilot.
The cloudless weather and the view from above were spectacular, making for a truly precious experience! The instructor was also very kind, and I had a lot of fun. I think it would be helpful to mention in the description that there's an additional charge for the cable car to go up Mount Pilatus. It would also be more helpful if the itinerary were described in a bit more detail.
