Good to know

Booking Guidelines:

  • Same Day Bookings: Book at least 3 hours before your pick up time
  • Airport Pick Up: Select flight arrival date at checkout. If flight arrives between 12:00am-11:59pm on 2 May, select 2 May
  • Enter the correct flight number, hotel address, and preferred pick up time at checkout page
  • Hotel Pick Up: Your preferred pick up date & time should be at least 4 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

Confirmation:

  • You will receive a confirmation email and voucher instantly after booking
  • In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

Vehicle Options:

  • Standard Sedan: Maximum 3 Passengers + 3 pieces of standard luggage
  • Standard Van: Maximum 10 Passengers + 8 pieces of standard luggage
  • Standard Luggage Size: 24". Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces

Additional Information:

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • All vehicles are wheelchair-friendly
  • Please indicate any other requests in the space provided at checkout page
  • Ensure that you can be reached with the contact number you provided at checkout
  • In cases of cancellation due to inclement weather, it will either be rescheduled or refunded

Child Seats

  • Child seats are not required in Thailand
  • Available upon request for children 109cm and below in height or children aged 0-4
  • One is free of charge. Additional seats cost available upon request, subject to availability

Surcharges:

  • All surcharges are payable in cash (THB) directly to the driver
  • Additional Waiting Time: THB300 per hour past the given free waiting time
  • Child Seats: Additional seats available for THB200 per seat (one is free of charge)

The car arrived on time, even early. A wonderful female driver, ready to help with everything. The car is clean and roomy. A bottle of water is provided for each passenger. I definitely recommend it for purchase. Price/quality is the best.

Highly recommended. Didn't have to wait long. booking details as stated. Way cheaper to book in KLOOK then to book at Phuket airport services. Driver was very efficient. Took around 50mins from airport to our hotel in Patong. Will use KLOOK again.

The taxi was at the hotel 10 minutes earlier pick up time. Driver was very friendly and polite, gave us 2 water bottles and helped to load our baggage. It took about 50 minutes to get to the airport. Very recommend to all travelers!

Cab was on time, driver provided us with free water bottle as well. Cab was very clean and drive from hotel to airport was very smooth. i would highly recommend booking airport transfer with klook as its cheaper and good quality service.

when we landed on immigration there was a very long line. The driver should have been waiting for us 90 minutes after landing, we wrote to the support team that we did not have time to get out in 90 minutes. We kindly extended the time for free for another 30 minutes. when meeting, the driver offered water for free, the trip was safe. Great service at a reasonable price !!!

Thank you for this ride you can save a lot of time effort and money. The driver is friendly and use google translate to communicate us and offer some tour if we want . He is also laughing with us and we enjoy our trip♥️ highly recommended

excellent service! kai was great, on time, safe and perfect! booking cabs on klook such as this are MUCH more economical. always book here. the local taxi drivers will always try to rip you off so this is a much safer option. really very happy!

Very easy, cheap and fast way to get to your hotel from the airport! It took few minutes to find our name on a sign but it was there. The car was new, big, quiet and comfortable! Best transfer service in Phuket!
