Gold Coast Catch a Crab Experience

I also visited this place when I was training about ten years ago, so when I thought about it, I only thought of Worlds and Aqua Duck, but after looking around, I thought it would be fun to go on a crab fishing tour, so I made a reservation. But it was the best thing I did at Golco~ Dan! At the border on the way to Tweed, the time went ahead by an hour! I was appalled.. When I made the reservation, I had selected 10:30, so I went to arrive at 10! On the way, 9:30 changed to 10:30! I was completely shocked by the change!! I arrived around 10:40, but the boat had just left and they were feeding the pelicans, so they came back. It was because there weren't many teams, but I think it would be good to check. When making a reservation, you select 10:30, but the details say 9:30, so it may be confusing. Anyway, the tour was the best!!

I booked the Gold Coast crab catching tour through Klook. The tour group mainly consisted of tourists from Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan, with only a few individual travelers. The entire trip lasted two and a half hours and included feeding pelicans, retrieving crab pots, catching small creatures in the mud, and fishing. The captain was humorous and engaging, keeping everyone entertained. However, the "crab catching" simply involved pulling up a pot that I believe was pre-stocked with crabs, but it was still a very fun experience. The seafood platter I added was of average quality; the crab wasn't fresh and was clearly of inferior grade. I hope this can be improved in the future.

it was a fun experience and a lot achieved in 2.5 hours. The guide was knowledgeable and we had a wonderful time feeding seabirds, pulling up crab cages and pumping yabbies for fishing.

very good. The captain is funny and the whole trip is enjoyable. we take the mud crabs at the boat and they are very delicious.

The overall experience was good, the staff explained clearly and interestingly, and the children had a great time. The only drawback was that I ordered a seafood platter. The crab was not fresh. I personally think that there is no need to order the seafood platter. The food quality is very average. If it is just a fun experience It is worth recommending

We really love this activity so much! However, its quite a drive from where we stay. The whole experience is fun and exciting especially when we were catching the yabbies. The guide share alot of knowledge on the animals and all. My son manage to catch a fish and he said it was the best experience he ever had! The crab was sweet as well. Delicious! Will definitely go again!

Amazing experience with a lot of fun activities. However, it is a bit far from Gold Coast CBD, so make sure you arrange your transport in advance. It is convenient to book with Klook, quick and easy to use.
