• When participating in activities, please follow the instructions of the scenic area or project staff, fully understand the project risks, cooperate with safety protection work as required, and do not engage in dangerous behaviors during the activity.
• Depart from Guilin - take a Li River 3-star cruise to visit the 5A Li River Scenic Area - lunch (included or not depending on the selected package) - Silver Cave Scenic Area - group disbandment near Guilin Station / drop off in Yangshuo (guests choosing to get off in Yangshuo please communicate with the tour guide in advance; Yangshuo drop-off points: Yangshuo Gas Station or Shima Roundabout or a location designated by the tour guide)
• When participating in activities, do not act alone. If an individual has a temporary situation requiring a change in itinerary, staff consent must be obtained in advance.
• During waiting, queuing, seating, and other processes, follow arrangements in an orderly manner, reserving sufficient safe space to avoid accidents such as squeezing, strains, falls, falling into water, or falling due to crowding or pushing. Pay attention to maintaining a safe distance. Some high-risk activities have higher requirements for physical condition; do not conceal medical history or participate blindly.
• Tourists must pay attention to their personal safety, carry valuables with them, and take good care of their personal belongings during the trip. The travel agency will not be liable for compensation if any loss occurs due to improper personal safekeeping.
• When departing, you must carry valid identification documents. If any losses, such as inability to visit attractions, are incurred due to not carrying valid identification documents, tourists must bear the responsibility themselves.
• Tourists must ensure they are in good health before participating in the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any health issues. If any accident occurs due to the tourist's physical discomfort, the travel agency will not be held responsible.
• Travel agencies do not recommend tourists participate in activities where personal safety is uncertain. The travel agency will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from tourists acting without authorization.
• If tourists leave the group or change their itinerary midway due to their own reasons, it will be considered an automatic waiver, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. Other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom shall be borne by the tourists themselves.
• Without reducing the number of attractions, our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary. In the event of itinerary delays or changes caused by force majeure or the tourists' own reasons, our company will not be responsible for any losses or liabilities incurred, and any resulting expenses shall be borne by the guests themselves.
• The times marked in the itinerary are for reference only, and the actual tour situation on the day shall prevail. The itinerary may change and be adjusted due to factors such as weather, road conditions, holidays, traffic arrival and departure times, scenic area queuing and control, tourists themselves, and force majeure. • Each scenic area has a shopping district, which is a basic commercial facility for the scenic area and not a designated shopping store by a travel agency. Please identify carefully, choose cautiously, and consume rationally. If your consumer rights are infringed upon, our company will assist you in handling related matters, but will not bear any related responsibility.
• The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and location approximately 1 day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time. Otherwise, to avoid delaying other guests' itineraries, we will depart promptly and refuse to wait. If a guest fails to arrive on time due to their own reasons, they will be responsible for the full loss.
• This itinerary is quite strenuous. Please ensure you are in good health and suitable for travel. If there are any travelers aged 70 or above (inclusive), they must be accompanied by at least one relative or friend aged 18-69 to join the tour. Thank you for your understanding.
• For safety reasons, minors under the age of 18 require accompaniment by at least one adult traveler.
