What to expect
Embark on a 3-day desert adventure** from Marrakech to Erg Chegaga, exploring Morocco’s most breathtaking landscapes.
Day 1: Travel through the Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass, stopping at the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou before heading to Zagora. Ride a camel through the Tinfou dunes, enjoy a traditional dinner, and experience Berber music under the stars.
Day 2: Visit Tamegroute’s ancient Koranic library and pottery kilns. Take a 4x4 ride through M’hamid to reach the vast Erg Chegaga dunes, where you’ll enjoy a stunning sunset and overnight in a Berber camp.
Day 3: Cross the Iriqui dry lake and follow the Paris-Dakar Rally route to Ouarzazate, before returning to Marrakech by evening.
