Business 10-seater (including infants and young children) (accommodates 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)
Note: Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Standard Luggage Size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. Overload Risk: If you have a lot of luggage or oversized luggage, we recommend that you book a suitable vehicle type to accommodate all your luggage. Passengers are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to not following the recommended number of passengers and luggage capacity for the vehicle type. In the event of overtime, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver and must be paid in cash to the driver. - Child safety seats are not available.
- Please be sure to leave your LINE ID or WhatsApp or WeChat number when ordering (after reserving, please turn on the add friends setting so that local Japanese staff can contact you in a timely manner).
- After placing the order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it in time to facilitate communication regarding itinerary arrangements and vehicles. The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the vehicle is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
- Deadhead Fee: There may be price differences for pick-ups or drop-offs in different locations. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you after you place your order.
- Overtime fees/excess kilometer fees will be charged if the actual vehicle usage exceeds the service time or travel distance.
- A fee of JPY 300/km will be charged for total trips exceeding 200 km.
- Overtime charges will apply for rental delays caused by traffic congestion, regardless of natural causes or traffic control.
