Important Notes

• Standard Luggage Size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
• Overload Risk: If the passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded, resulting in the inability to board, the cost will be borne by the customer.
• Vehicle Adjustment: Depending on the situation on the day, vehicles of the same class may be provided to ensure a comfortable trip.
• The 7-seater car can accommodate up to 6 people, but if there are 6 larger people in the party, it is recommended to choose a 10-seater model to ensure a comfortable ride and sufficient luggage space. Notes:
• This vehicle can only be driven within 300 kilometers of the departure hotel.
• The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and 8 hours for starting or ending in a different location (please reserve time according to the actual situation); the service time is from 07:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably in order to fully enjoy the attractions. 【Special Note】
• If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays due to traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour of overtime Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour of overtime
• Departure time can be arranged according to the needs of passengers (within the available service time).

• The supplier will send you the driver's information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used), please pay attention. Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance for pick-up.
• The pick-up and drop-off points are in hotels or 民宿 within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If pick-up or drop-off is required outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, it is necessary to reserve empty driving time for the driver according to the actual situation, or an additional fee of JPY 5,000-20,000 will be charged.
• Haneda Airport and hotels in the Disneyland area are not within the Tokyo city area and are not within the pick-up and drop-off range, and additional fees will be charged (JPY 5,000-10,000 one way).
