- Pickup Service Area: Pickup and drop-off in Jinghong City meeting points, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture (Splashing Square, Gaozhuang Xishuangbanna Grand Theatre). Contact customer service for details.
- Schedule: The tour departs around 8:00 AM and generally ends around 4:00 PM, returning you to your hotel or the original pickup point. We will inform you of the exact meeting time the day before the tour. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Light Clothing: Xishuangbanna has a humid and hot climate. It is recommended to wear light and breathable clothing and prepare comfortable walking shoes to cope with a day's itinerary. Please take care of your valuables.

If you order a package without a battery car and do not wish to purchase battery car tickets, you will need to explore independently. The tour guide will prioritize providing explanations to those using the battery cars.
