I recommend this activity from this tour company. They always update and message in whatsapp to give advices and to ask of there is any problem they are easy to contact. In this activity there is a local tour guide that will take you to the waterfalls. Boat ride and guide are included and lunch is paid additionaly on the venue, but the local tour guide might ask for additional payment for the guide and boat just call the tour company and they are always ready to help. There is walking for this activity so wear comfortable shoes.

To be honest it was oky trip, they didn't took us to the places it shows in the list. they took us only in the Ouzed water fall, boat, food and the shop to buy organ products. The experience in Ouzed waterfall was good very nice good tour guide. but god forbid the transportation the worst we had. no air conditioner in 40c with leather car seats 😬and the driver was driving very bad, the bus conditions was questionable 🤔. I share the pics

it was a nice experience, Ouzoud is really an amazing place and the falls are really beautiful. the guide was very helpful and informative. however, the transport was not so much. we waited more than the pick up time like way past it. we have to call the company for this. it was anxiety inducing. then the minibus was hot. the AC is not really working and it smells like petrol in there. the seat was not comfrotable. my knee was touching the seat in front of me. other than that, the trip was amazing. just bring a neck pillow maybe for a long journey of almost 2 hours. the company operator replies immediately but said theyre busy, lol. just really read the reviews for company to avoid hassle with transfers like howni experienced but Ouzoud is really something you should go to.
