- Opening Hours: The venue is open from 09:00-17:00, with ticket sales ending at 16:20. Closed every Wednesday (except for national statutory holidays).
- Civilized Visit: Please maintain silence during your visit and refrain from loud noises, chasing, or playing. The use of flash photography, selfie sticks, tripods, and similar photography equipment is prohibited in the exhibition halls. Setting up easels is prohibited, as are all forms of live streaming, recording, and surreptitious filming that disrupt normal visiting order.
