Reviews
Stephan is our guide for today and he is very clear and professional in his delivery. He is also punctual for the meet up. He guided us through the whole tour inside, and also brought us to the gardens to show us where we can proceed for good photos. Highly recommended! It will be good if you do not carry any bag with u, or a very small one if required as u will be required to deposit them before heading in.
Thw palace was beautiful. the paintings , the architectural designs was perfect. Our tour guide was very informative about the history of the Royals. it was an amazing experienced🙌👏
It was a bit confusing at the start as there was no sign to identify who the guide was, but once identified it was all very clear. Guide was knowledgeable, friendly and calm in when the security guard tried to stall the group due to very arbitrary reasons. There was a lot of waiting to get around the castle. The castle itself is small and it would be nice if a pamphlet had been given on other activities at the whole area.
The guide was excellent and gave good commentary. The palace is beautiful and rich in history. There is much to see and do. The expansive garden is nice to walk and take photos.
The female tour guide is really good. You don't have to queue up to buy tickets. You can directly visit and explain the interior of the palace, and then go to the park to disperse and take pictures by yourself. It is very flexible and easy to complete this trip
it was a really nice experience
The Schönbrunn Palace English guided tour was truly a highlight of our Vienna trip! 🏰✨ The palace itself is magnificent, serving as the Habsburg imperial family's summer residence, with opulent interior decorations and each room more splendid than the last. Our guide explained everything very clearly in English, providing detailed insights into the imperial history and the story behind each room. Although there was a lot of information, I felt very enriched after the tour and gained a much deeper understanding of Vienna's history. The best part was being able to leisurely explore the enormous gardens after the tour; the Globe Fountain and Gloriette offered incredibly beautiful views! Booking tickets through Klook was very convenient, and the skip-the-line access meant we didn't have to wait in long queues. If you're interested in history and palaces, I highly recommend joining the English guided tour—it's definitely worth your time! Overall: 10/10, a highly educational and beautiful experience! Strongly recommended ❤️
Never regretted joining this tour. Everything went seamlessly. We managed to skip the tour. Our guide Petra is knowledgeable and informative, giving us a good understanding of the history. Loved her clear explanation. Definitely recommended.
We enjoyed the tour of Schonbrunn Palace, the tour guide lady was very good at explaining the history and story of the palace and people who lived there. We met at the group center across the street and started on time. The tour of indoor and outdoor lasted 2 hours. She explained the history in a very simple, short and interesting way. I am happy to had join the tour because now I know and understand a lot more of that period of Austrian history.
I couldn’t give give enough credits to the tour and the agency. guide was thorough and very clear. learnt a great deal of the history of Schönbrunn palace. it was overall a grand and great experience I’ll fully recommend!
