• We operate in all weather conditions; therefore, we kindly ask you to dress appropriately. Please wear cycling shoes and bring a rain jacket in case of rain.
• Copenhagen can be lovely and sunny or windy and cold, all on the same day!
• Please be aware that our tours don’t include museum tours.
• The tour will start around 10-20 minutes after the established tour schedule to organize the groups

• Important notice for last minute bookings (on the same day or from one day to the next): in case of lack of places the customer will be placed on the day following the booked date.

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
