Good to know
- Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou are located in high-altitude areas. If you feel unwell, please contact your tour guide or driver promptly.
- Seat assignments are random and we cannot guarantee seats together. Ticketing times are subject to actual conditions and will be completed the day before departure. Please pay attention to notifications.
- Due to the special nature of the itinerary, please provide photos of your relevant identification documents via customer service WeChat promptly after registration. If you fail to provide them in time, we will be unable to provide a return seat, and you will have to stand on the return journey.
- The extra train C9468 to Songpan Station will no longer be available, and it is impossible to purchase direct tickets from Goukou to Songpan Station. You can only make reservations by entering your ID card information, and you cannot purchase tickets on-site. If guests insist on taking the 19:56 train, a surcharge will be applied for a private car transfer to the station. Only train tickets for the 20:30 and 21:30 departures from Huanglong Jiuzhaigou Station are available.
- Staff will collect identification information when creating the group chat. Please reply promptly!!!
- Due to the Huanglong sightseeing bus being limited to 5,000 tickets per day by the scenic area, this fee is not included. If you need to purchase sightseeing bus tickets, please inform customer service staff at least 15 days in advance to check availability.
- Regarding accommodation: The default arrangement is a twin room, with two adults per room. This tour does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one “Single Room Supplement.” A single traveler will be assigned a private room. For three adults traveling together, please purchase one additional “Single Room Supplement,” and two rooms will be arranged for you. If you require a king-size bed, please indicate this in the order notes.
- The tour guide will inform you of the meeting time and place approximately one day in advance. Please be sure to arrive on time. To avoid delaying the itinerary of other guests, we will depart promptly and will not wait. If you do not arrive on time due to your own reasons, you will bear the full loss.
- Before boarding and after getting off the bus on the tour, you are free to engage in independent activities and sightseeing. Please pay attention to protecting your personal safety and property.
- Please do not go out alone or without authorization after checking into the hotel. Do not easily trust strangers, do not be greedy for petty gains, and be wary of being deceived!
- Sichuan Aba Prefecture is a gathering place for Tibetan, Qiang, and Hui ethnic groups. When entering Tibetan areas, please respect local customs.
- Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area is 2500-3100 meters above sea level, with long outdoor sightseeing times, plenty of sunshine, and strong ultraviolet rays. Please prepare sunglasses, umbrellas, sunscreen, and other items.
- Please abide by the scenic area's management system, do not litter, and smoking is strictly prohibited in the scenic area; violators will be fined.
