This is not the first time a chartered car tour in Thailand. This time the driver was driving smoothly. Although he did n’t even speak simple English, he had a good attitude. He also waited in the parking place.

The driver does not speak English and communication is difficult. Fortunately, we have done our homework and know the train arrival time, otherwise we are in the United States It is more difficult to arrange time in the market, and two trips are scheduled in ten hours. It feels just right, but it is not too hurry. If you have time, this trip is still worth it.

The driver waited early at the hotel, the car was clean, and the transfer was very punctual afterwards. I encountered a traffic jam on the way back to the Bangkok hotel. Be careful when watching the train at the railway market. There are many people, so pay attention to the station and train frequency. There are a lot of delicious food in the water market, but unfortunately we don't have enough time to take a boat. We will have the opportunity to go again next time.

I booked 2 days, 1st day I stay at Amphawa, 2nd day I leave Amphawa back to BKK.. Through the journey I visited some very nice spots like After Rain Cafe & Gallery, Buffalo Cafe..these are r ally great & we enjoyed very much.. The drivers are different person for 2 days, both are great!! Very polite & helpful.

It was a bit chaotic at the airport, there was a small episode, I couldn't find the driver holding the sign, I was very nervous, and then I called Klook customer service for assistance, and the customer service responded super fast! I also helped to contact, and finally found it, but it has been delayed by 50 minutes. The driver is very good at communicating (relying on simple English and gestures), and it is also very enjoyable to play👍.

the trip from the start till the end, I can only give it a 5 stars and nothing short of it. Driver came 30 mins ahead of actual time and this shows the kind of effort and responsibility to the job he professionally does. offered us drinks and sweets during the journey. always patient to explain. even going towards reconfirming what we need to pay and not to pay such ss tolls , parking etc, when he could have not to. driving was superb, he made it a point to be careful of the many bumps and so it does not affect the passengers. very thoughtful way of driving. arriving the destination, he even went extra mile by bringing us into the market, showing us the places where he could have no need to. lastly, I have my side of doubts when the last review before my booking was 2019, the year where covid struck, and it almost ends many businesses like theirs. I'm glad i tried and I'm glad he made me feel my decision is right in choosing them! use them for your trips, let them start getting their businesses they thoroughly deserved. I made it a point to do this review so to give others the professionalism that they showed and give them a try! you will not regret using them!
