TERMS OF SERVICE:
- The flight is subject to weather conditions. The flight operation will be cancelled by the pilot in charge if the relevant conditions are not met, prioritizing the safety of those involved.
- In the event of non-operation of the flight, transport and logistics costs will apply.
- The passenger must be in optimal physical and psychological condition, for which he or she will be asked to sign a document accrediting this according to regulations.
- Cancellation of the service on the same day of the service is considered a no-show.
- There are currently 2 flight zones. Flight zone 1 will always be the priority and will be permanently used for the basic option. The selection of flight zone 2 is determined by a poor prediction of flight zone 1.
- Flight zone 2 will be available for either option 2 or 3. This change will be communicated at least 12 hours before the service. The change of flight zone is necessary to increase the probability of flight.
