EVERLAND & LOTTE WORLD 2-DAY TOUR

Day 1 (Everland)-Thank you TJ for being my private driver for the day. Everland is such a huge park. Mix of an amusement park and zoo in one huge, very hilly park. Preapre to walk, a lot. Day 2 (Lotte World/Seoul Sky)-Thank you Joanna for being a very patient guide with all of us. Lotte World was super fun, but super busy. I recommend getting the mass pass to get in the shorter lines. Was fun renting the school uniform. Seoul Sky was amazing and definitely worth it for the views. Didnt get to see the sunset due to clouds from the rainy day.

Had an amazing experience with mydaytrip. The communication and effort given to us was top tier . Being able to have a guide that speaks English is great! We were given helpful advice for navigating Everland and the response time for communicating through messages was very swift . We were even dropped off at how Airbnb even though it was really out of the way. We were really grateful and thankful for all the time and effort spent on making sure we were comfortable today !

this 2-day package is really worth if you and your travelling buddies want to experience both theme parks! the guides TJ and Dennis were both very friendly and pickup was on time! Tne transfer to everland from seoul was very pleasant! Instructions are clear and we did not have to worry about anything while we were on this package! Communication with the guides is easy and understandable so there is nothing to stress about! Thank you so much to TJ and Dennis for taking care of our trips to the theme parks! 🎉

I love theme parks so this worked perfectly for me and great value for money. Please be aware of the terms and conditions for getting your tickets especially for Lotte world and you won’t be getting in that park till approx 12pm due to a compulsory duty free stop, no need to buy anything though. Highly recommend as long as it fits in your itinerary. Your guides would contact a day before with any updates or send a reminder on the meet up location and time. TJ was our driver to Everland and Dennis was our guide for Lotte. Both very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my time at both parks just be prepared to queue up, I’ll be sure to book again when I take my family to Korea.

Bob is the best. He is so kind and provide great service. Highly recommend to book this tour as it's a very convenient way to go to Everland. I enjoyed a lot with my son. Everland is like a mixture of sentosa, universal studio and Disneyland. It has zoo and rides at the same time. The panda is super cute! There's also sanrio characters and food is superprisingly not that expensive for a themepark. This is a must when going to South Korea to experience their version of a themepark.

The whole trip was well coordinated by the guide. We received updates and reminders the day before and the bus was on time. The guide stayed in the park throughout to provide assistance whenever necessary. Very smooth trip.

Talks about the history of Korea and Samsung group. when leaving for everland, we able to start early. when leaving for hotel from everland, he is already outside before our arranged time. have our utmost appreciation for this wonderful guide

Since there are different people in charge, I'll divide this into two parts. Both theme parks are child-friendly, but there are several rides that young children cannot go on (due to ride design). If you choose Chinese, the Korean staff who speak Chinese can generally communicate smoothly. The guides/drivers for both days will not accompany you inside the parks. On the second day, you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from Lotte World. Day 1: Everland For transportation to and from Everland, Mr. Kim was our driver. Mr. Kim was punctual and tried to arrive early. I arrived at Myeongdong Station ahead of time but couldn't find Exit 1 to the parking lot, so Mr. Kim proactively offered to pick me up at Exit 2. In the evening, I chose a 9 PM return, but I wanted to leave after the parade around 8 PM. Mr. Kim also proactively contacted me and said we could leave earlier. The pick-up location for the return trip was a bit difficult to find; it's easy to mistakenly go to the parking lot or bus stop. It's actually on the lawn in front of the bus stop, down the road from the CU convenience store. Be sure to remember the pick-up location during the day, or it will be troublesome to find at night. Mr. Kim also proactively stated that he wasn't very familiar with Everland and directed me to check the instructions sent via chat in KTOURSTORY. Mr. Kim also provided two printed small photos and face masks. There was a 10,000 KRW Lotte Duty Free coupon and a KTOURSTORY discount coupon. Note: Some attractions may be closed. This month, Safari World and some other attractions are undergoing renovation. The Everland App and Smart Queue system are not very user-friendly for foreigners. Signs in the park are primarily in Korean. It's recommended to know some Korean to have a better experience and to check the app for open facilities on the day of your visit. This is not an issue with the travel agency. Day 2: Lotte World & Aquarium Itinerary: 2 hours of shopping, Aquarium, Lotte World. It seems a different travel agency is in charge. Whether to go to the aquarium or Lotte World first is up to you, but travelers will first be directed to the 8th and 9th floors to visit the duty-free shop. After meeting at the mall, you'll first familiarize yourself with the mall's layout, then go up to the service desk on the 9th floor. The guide will help collect tickets and Lotte Duty Free discount coupons. After shopping, you'll meet again at 12 PM. The guide will take travelers to the entrance of Lotte World/Aquarium/Lotte World Tower, depending on the chosen attraction. Dennis was very knowledgeable about Lotte Mall and even recommended other Seoul attractions. His explanations in both Chinese and English were easy to understand. On that day, the aquarium closed earlier than Lotte World. Lotte Aquarium seems to cater more to local Koreans; some interactive activities are only for Koreans or limited to children. Activity reservations are also only available on Korean websites, and it might not be possible to pay on-site. Although Lotte World primarily features thrill rides, even if you're not keen on them, you can rent a uniform for photos, and there are also some gentler rides.

The deal is good as it offers tickets to both park, everland and lotte world. however, the guide needs to be more pleasant. the guide for everland seems new and needs to be better for communicating. They seem to be nee as they dont know where the to buy the tickets. Needs more experience. For 2nd day guide though knowledgeable needs to be more enthusiastic. There is an assistant who seems to be more learning and doesnt speak at all. Everland is a good theme park ( zoo and rides together) with sanrio friend events during our stay. Lotte world is a big indoor theme park and nice location within the lotte world.
