Activity Description:

  • 【Meeting Time】Day 1;
  • 【Meeting Point】Designated hotel in Chengdu city;
  • 【Suitable for】Healthy individuals aged 12-65 years old without hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Those under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent. Those over 55 years old need to undergo a medical examination at the hospital to ensure good health;
  • 【Group Formation】Guaranteed departure with 2 people. A Chinese/English/Chinese-English bilingual tour guide will be provided throughout the trip. The maximum group size is 10 people;
  • 【Departure Notice】We will notify you twice regarding matters related to the departure;
  • The first notification will be made by our customer service 1-3 days before departure. The notification content includes the name, time, address, and phone number of the Chengdu meeting hotel, and a reminder of the equipment needed by the team members. Please keep your mobile phone accessible. After the team members arrive at the meeting hotel, report "Damei G318 + Name" to get the room. The room fee has been paid, and the team members pay their own deposit. For team members sharing a room, the staff will exchange the phone numbers of the roommates;
  • The second notification will be made by the tour guide of the group before 21:00 on the day of the meeting (Day 1). The notification content includes the tour guide's name, contact number, departure time for the second day of the trip, license plate number, and related precautions. If you have not received the notification by 21:00, please contact your customer service in time for confirmation.

Special Reminder:

  1. The water and electricity supply in Tibetan areas is insufficient, and water and electricity may be cut off occasionally. Please bring your own wet wipes and flashlights. The water temperature for showers may be unstable, or water may stop during the shower. Therefore, you should take a quick shower and it is best to take a shower after fully adapting to the Tibetan area.
  2. Wear winter clothes from April to June, and a three-piece suit is best (warm and sweat-wicking underwear + fleece jacket + windbreaker + quick-drying pants); wear spring and autumn clothes from July to September, and prepare winter clothes; wear winter clothes in October.

Registration Must-Read:

  1. Regarding registration: Please do not register if you have infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, mental illness, severe anemia, are in the recovery period after major or medium-sized surgery, have mobility issues, are pregnant, or have other conditions that are not suitable for travel. If you are registering on behalf of others, please also verify the health status of the person you are registering for. If the registrant or the person registering on behalf of others conceals their health condition, they shall bear the consequences.
  2. Regarding accommodation: We provide team members with cost-effective accommodation. Nevertheless, team members should be fully mentally prepared. The Sichuan-Tibet line is located in a plateau mountain area with limited infrastructure. Most of the hotels along the line are not rated, and the accommodation conditions and service levels are not as good as those in city hotels. Please understand and have reasonable expectations. Team members who are particularly fond of cleanliness can bring sleeping bag liners for emergencies.
  3. Regarding seats: The first seat on the left is for the driver, and the others are regular seats. Please choose your own seat after getting on the bus. Please be considerate of each other during the long plateau trip.
  4. Force majeure: (1) If the contract cannot be fulfilled and the itinerary changes due to force majeure factors (such as landslides, debris flows, road and bridge destruction, flight delays, national policies, wars, plagues, traffic control, traffic jams, etc.), our company will not be liable for any compensation; (2) The resulting increase in travel expenses shall be borne by the team members; (3) The company will refund the team members the expenses reduced or not incurred based on the facts.
