Koh Samet: 5-Island or 6-Island Snorkeling Trip Including Lunch

I made a reservation, but I didn't hear anything until the day of the tour. When I arrived at the meeting point and called the company, they finally came to pick me up. The tour wasn't the multi-island itinerary with lunch that was originally planned; instead, we stayed on just one island and weren't provided lunch. It seemed like there was poor communication between Klook and the local operator. The local operator wasn't even aware of my reservation, nor did they know that I was supposed to be on a different tour than the one I booked. Next time I make a reservation, I'll definitely need to check if Klook and the local operator communicate well and if information is provided in advance.

We waited at hotel until 11:40. Pick up time was 11:30〜.Since no one spoke to us. We approached a man who arrived around 11:45. One guy ,he was not sure if we were right guests.I showed him e-mail PDF. But he confused little. Then he called for making sure someone and took us motorbike with only one bike!It was dangerous and risky. I surprised also we went only 3 islands ,not 6 that it mentioned by website. And the guide spoke Thai mainly,not enough explanation in English.When I asked some question at the ferry terminal to them, They ignored us and responded to other customers in Thai without replying.It was stressful. Tour guide,they were not educated.One of them washed his hair and body with our drinking water when we finished snorkeling.and He took clams at the national park.I think it is prohibited. May be it was wrong course? There was no clear explanation in English about the schedule or destination, it was a mysterious tour until the end. I seek satisfactory answers to each of the many issues.

Everyone beware of being deceived, black shop, registered before saying there are other charges, not clear, still no reply, when after 24 hours to reply to you, there is no cancellation, I as a beggar, no delivery, do not sign up for a tour
