Blue Elephant Thai Cooking Class (Phuket)

I was served a Welcome Drink (Bael Fruit Tea, dried from in 1st picture) upon arrival. I got lucky that I was the only participant so it was like a private cooking class for me. We took a short walk to the Wet Market. It was eye-opening and informative. When we got back, I cooked 4 dishes with the guidance of Chef Molly which made the session super fun with her humour and positive vibes! Learnt a lot about Thai cooking! The food was kept warm and served in the restaurant and service was superb. I plan to go back again for an afternoon session to learn other dishes plus dessert. Highly recommended!

Chef Niki gave us an unbelievable experience. My husband and myself were the only people in class so it was like a private master class. The location is superb, it looks like royalty. All staff members treated us kindly and with respect. I will recommend any one to go there. We loved it!

Lucky me, I was the only one in this class. I had one-on-one time with Teacher Molly, who explained each cooking method and ingredients carefully. I was so excited that I made my own non-spicy Thai food for the first time. I hope I have the chance next time. Want to try different dishes again

The instructor was excellent at teaching the foundations of Thai cooking and explaining the aromas and flavours for each ingredient and how it adds to the dish. All the dishes we were taught were delicious and tasted like what we were ordering around Thailand. We had a feast at the end where we ate what we just cooked was a great way to end on a high note. Definitely would recommend this cooking experience!

The instructors Paul and Pat were very professional and the whole process was very enjoyable. After the course, you can taste your own finished product. Will definitely recommend to friends

The instructor is very friendly. In the morning class, he will first take you to the market to buy ingredients, and then help you complete 4 dishes together. At the end, you will get a certificate souvenir cloth bag with ingredients, very nice

This is a great experience. The cooking instruction, demonstration is first class. The cooking stations are well laid out and there was good supervision to ensure a successful cook. The restaurant area where we eat our own creations is lovely and somewhere we’d happily return for a meal. Definitely recommend.
