Reviews
This tour was great as the bus picked me up near my hotel. The tour guide and the bus driver speak fluent English and are very helpful. We started the day from the highest point of Santorini, then the archeological site of Akritori (entrance fee not included in the tour fee) and the wine tasting to the sunset at Oia. Great experience and I definitely love it!
The tour guide Christine speaks fluent English and can communicate with tourists from other countries in French, Spanish, Portuguese, which is really amazing. She is also very good at creating an atmosphere and explaining things very seriously. She is a great tour guide. We went to the more famous attractions on the island on a one-day tour and returned only after sunset. It was very worthwhile!
Everything is good on this day trip. We appreciate “Kim” who guide us with knowledge and energy to let us know well for Santorini. Thing that I need NSTtravel or the person who make this item to sell on Klook, Pls let the customer who come into Off Season (after 1 November) like us know the time shift. Like start at 9.30 not 10.30 in this itinerary… or even in winter time you cut off Akrotiri out and adjust time to finish faster (because day time shorter) to 5pm … Should tell.
Highly recommend day tour in Santorini. Christina and Nikos! 5/5 stars. Christina was an amazing, engaging guide who made the whole tour of Akrotiri so clear and interesting. Our driver, Nikos, was excellent, safe, and very professional. Together, they made our tour seamless and unforgettable. Thank you both!
NST Travel planned the trip very well and is quite professional and knowledgeable including the tour guide and driver. we did enjoy the trip.
The hotel pick-up arrangement was extremely poor. The "hotel pick-up" meant that customers had to walk 10 minutes to another meeting point themselves, instead of being picked up directly at the hotel entrance. In addition, the pick-up time in the morning was 20 minutes later than scheduled, and it took nearly an hour to pick up other passengers after boarding. It is worth mentioning that they are very responsible.
Very good tour highly recommended
The tour guide provided a thorough explanation; we also saw the legendary little donkey.
Highly not recommended! Those who want to sign up should think carefully! The tour guide was late for too long, so the tourists called NST travel (local travel agency) to find someone, and the tour guide would push all the delay responsibilities to the tourists! Bad attitude! Because the route was letting people off one after another, it was almost 23:00 local time when I returned to the hotel. I was very tired. This has nothing to do with NST travel agency, but participants should think carefully about whether they need to make themselves so tired to go to the holiday island. The archaeological museum is 2.5 hours, and the ticket is 20 euros at their own expense. There is a professional English guide throughout the whole process. Those who are not good at listening in English have to find a way to spend the long 2.5 hours by themselves. It is an excavation site, with only pits and no ancient monuments. The tour guide is French and fluent in English and French, but frankly speaking, he is not very friendly to Asians. This is a personal subjective intuition and does not represent the feelings of everyone; there is another group of Qingdao friends who settled in London in the same group. Although the whole family is fluent in English, the tour guide’s attitude is relatively cold, but it can be seen that they are very warm when interacting with white people. I can only say that you should think carefully about it. If you are good at English and have a good mobile network signal and have done your homework, I suggest you take the bus if there are few people, and take a taxi if there are many people. I really don't recommend it. By the way, your complaint will not get any response from NST Travel.
Received email 1 day before regarding the pickup point & pickup time. The itinerary being adjust due to Easter Day, probably cancel one of the POI & the last stop at Oia have to spent a long hour there, after some photos shooting there is no place to go but to sit at the bar for few days to wait for the sunset. So by the price vs the places visit, it’s consider a bit pricey too.
